Simeo’s mother, near the end of her life, spontaneously wrote a short essay about her life. She explained when it was given to her children that there was an Italian saying that “the only thing you bring to your grave is your name.” As best she could, she wanted to leave a little something about Carmella Malgieri Gallo.

The book, “Simeo, a nice Italian boy” was written (still being written) along the same vein.  You are free, and encouraged, to quote portions of the material presented here without further permission from us, provided you only use it for personal use The piece “Gallo Wine – Angelo’s Way” is a separate copyright and may not be used without permission.

Included here is the media statement about Simeo.
